VENDOR MANAGEMENT PARTNER

CONTRACT (12 MONTHS)

The Job!

Your will oversee the full vendor lifecycle: selection, onboarding, contract negotiation, and performance monitoring. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement performance metrics, risk strategies, and cost-control measures
  • Ensure vendors meet quality, compliance, and contractual obligations
  • Lead RFP processes and vendor evaluations in line with organizational needs
  • Resolve operational issues in collaboration with digital, cybersecurity, and business teams
  • Maintain strong communication with vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Drive process improvements and report regularly on vendor management outcomes
  • Work closely with legal, procurement, and governance teams to ensure policy alignment

What you bring to the job

You are someone with strong understanding of the tech vendor landscape and digital environments and have experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams in complex settings. You also come with:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas)
  • 3+ years' experience in IT-related vendor management
  • Proven ability to manage contracts, negotiations, and vendor performance
  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High professional integrity, cultural sensitivity, and adaptability
  • Ability to prioritize and manage shifting deadlines in a dynamic environment
