A reputed financial services corporation in downtown Toronto.

What you must bring to the role

  • 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in banking.
  • Experience working on a fund accounting project as a Business Analyst is mandatory.
  • Expertise with gap analysis, creating process flow maps and documenting detailed business requirements.
  • Experience working on complex business transformation programs on the business side.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio.
  • Strong coordination and documentation skills.
  • Experience working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and vendors.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management and facilitation skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

What you will achieve in the role

  • Work effectively with Relationship Managers to align client data.
  • Complete various BA tasks, as required, to transition from the existing fund accounting system to a new one.
  • Understand client data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop client specific conversion plans and change management plans.
  • Work collaboratively with the team including the Program Director and Program Manager.
  • Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure a well-managed client experience from initiation of client analysis through the full project lifecycle to post conversion support.
