What you must bring to the role
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst in banking.
- Experience working on a fund accounting project as a Business Analyst is mandatory.
- Expertise with gap analysis, creating process flow maps and documenting detailed business requirements.
- Experience working on complex business transformation programs on the business side.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Visio.
- Strong coordination and documentation skills.
- Experience working on multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to build, maintain and grow strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external stakeholders and vendors.
- Exceptional organizational, time management and facilitation skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Highly flexible and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
What you will achieve in the role
- Work effectively with Relationship Managers to align client data.
- Complete various BA tasks, as required, to transition from the existing fund accounting system to a new one.
- Understand client data needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Develop client specific conversion plans and change management plans.
- Work collaboratively with the team including the Program Director and Program Manager.
- Build productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure a well-managed client experience from initiation of client analysis through the full project lifecycle to post conversion support.
