We're working with a ventured backed fast-growing ClimateTech startup developing a powerful SaaS platform to accelerate decarbonization. As they expand their product team, we're hiring a Product Manager with a track record of delivering enterprise-grade digital products in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full product lifecycle-from user discovery to launch and iteration
• Shape product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
• Work cross-functionally with design, engineering, and commercial teams
• Translate market insights into scalable, user-centric features
• Build business cases and collaborate on go-to-market initiatives
• Define and track success metrics to inform continuous improvement
• Stay informed on sustainability and regulatory trends in the climate space

Ideal Experience

• 5-7+ years in product management, ideally in early- or growth-stage SaaS businesses.
• Proven ability to lead product initiatives from inception through to launch.
• Experience building B2B enterprise-level digital products, ideally within startup or scale-up environments.
• Deep user research and analytical capability; able to translate insights into action.
• Experience working in agile teams with product designers and engineers.
• High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills.
• Data-driven decision-maker who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments.
