Position Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, advocating for clients in personal injury and disability matters. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with medical professionals and leverage our unique in-house resources to achieve the best outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury and disability files from case opening to resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and represent clients in court proceedings.
• Collaborate with our in-house medical team to develop comprehensive case strategies.
• Provide exceptional client service, maintaining clear and consistent communication.
• Contribute to the firm's knowledge base and participate in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Current or incoming member in good standing with a Law Society
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
