Job Description
This role will involve working with internal teams and external stakeholders to support process improvements and drive strategic initiatives. The individual will play a key part in identifying opportunities, providing technical insights, and shaping solutions to align with business objectives. Collaboration across multiple teams will be essential to ensure effective implementation and continuous enhancement of the platform
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting Customer Success & Adoption
Engage with users to understand their needs and objectives
Assist in implementing strategies to maximize platform effectiveness
Provide guidance and insights to internal and external teams
Deliver training and support as needed
Gather feedback and relay insights for product enhancement
2. Problem-Solving & Technical Collaboration
Analyze existing workflows to identify areas for improvement
Develop reports, presentations, and insights to support decision-making
Collaborate with various teams to align technical solutions with business needs
3. Process Improvement & Operational Support
Leverage tools and technology to enhance internal workflows
Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable processes
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in pharmaceuticals, chemical manufacturing or mid-stream/downstream oil
- Passion for leveraging AI/ML technologies to enhance complex operational processes
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a chemical engineering
- Extensive experience in process-driven industries such as manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or energy
- Deep understanding of process data, workflow diagrams, and key operational metrics
- Proven ability to drive process improvements and implement optimization strategies
- Familiarity with industrial data management systems and process monitoring
- Experience with programming or scripting languages is a plus such as
- Python
- Experience in MSAT department or related experience
- Previous experience as a Validation, Process or MSAT engineer is applicable
- Deep understanding of process data, process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and manufacturing production
- Strong data analysis skill
- Familiarity with enterprise historians such as OSIsoft PI, Delta-V, Wonderware, or GE Proficy is a plus
