Northlands College is seeking a Term Contract Human Resources Generalist for our Head Office in Air Ronge, Saskatchewan. Candidates will have a bachelor's degree with a major concentration in human resources and two years of experience in human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

The position is a 10-month term, full-time opportunity with the College. The anticipated contract start date is May 26, 2025 and ending March 27, 2026. The Human Resources Generalist is an out-of-scope, management position reporting to the Director, Human Resources & Organizational Development.

The position is responsible for several functional areas within the department including, recruitment and selection, performance management, disability case management, and records management (HRMS).
