About Us
Myo Palate is a biotechnology company developing sustainable meat products by cultivating stem cells to produce meat without raising or slaughtering animals.
About the Role
We are looking for a Bioanalytical Scientist to join our team and lead analytical efforts focused on characterizing cell culture environments. This role is central to our development of robust, scalable systems for cultivated meat production.
You will design and execute experiments to quantify media metabolites and analyze biological systems using advanced instrumentation. This includes working with HPLC, mass spectrometry, and Raman spectroscopy. The role involves close collaboration with cell biology teams to support experiments in microbioreactors and bioreactors, as well as working alongside data scientists to build and refine chemometric models.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail oriented, and comfortable working across both analytical and biological domains. Strong programming skills such as Python or R are essential for processing complex datasets and contributing to model development.
Position: full-time, salaried
Preferred Start Date: June 2, 2025
Workplace: on-site
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please attach a cover letter to the front of your CV prior to submitting through LinkedIn. Applications without a cover letter will be disregarded.
