Key Responsibilities
Examine, diagnose, and treat dental conditions and diseases with the highest level of care.
Provide comprehensive dental services, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dentistry.
Establish treatment plans based on patient needs and discuss available treatment options.
Perform dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, root canals, and crowns.
Educate patients on dental hygiene, preventive care, and the importance of regular dental visits.
Manage patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality.
Collaborate with dental assistants and office staff to ensure a smooth flow of procedures and a welcoming environment for patients.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in dentistry, techniques, and best practices.
Essential Qualifications
Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from an accredited dental school.
Valid dental license to practice in the province of New Brunswick, Canada.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients.
Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and precision in performing dental procedures.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Bilingualism (English and French) is considered an asset.
Desired Experience
Previous experience as a dentist is preferred but not mandatory; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Experience with digital dentistry and dental software will be an advantage.
Familiarity with orthodontic procedures and cosmetic dentistry is a plus.
