Job Summary
The Financial Analyst contributes to preparing financial statements, analyzing variances, supporting budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring IFRS compliance. Responsibilities include journal entries, month-end and year-end reports, and ad hoc analysis.

Key Accountabilities:
- Perform financial analysis, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor intercompany transactions and prepare consolidation reports.
- Support budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting for management and the Board.
- Assist in developing budgets and financial plans.
Job Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in commerce, business administration, economics, or related field; CPA designation is an asset.
Experience:
- At least 5 years in financial accounting and analysis.
- Proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of IFRS and internal controls.
- Proficiency with accounting software and office applications.
Abilities:
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent work capability.
- Organizational and analytical skills.
