We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Dental Administrator to join our team. This role is critical in enhancing practice performance and supporting the team. Proficiency in Tracker software is an asset. The ideal candidate should be highly organized and self-motivated.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Enhance practice performance and support team members.
Provide exceptional patient care and ensure a positive patient experience.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Tracker Software is preferred (training will be provided with Tracker software).
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational skills with a passion for lists, to-dos, and calendars.
High-level knowledge of dental procedures and the ability to discuss treatment plans with patients.
Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience working collaboratively within a team.
