Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nail technicians and support staff in the salon.
• Establish work schedules, assign duties, and ensure that daily operations run smoothly.
• Ensure quality control of services delivered and that staff follow proper hygiene and safety procedures.
• Order supplies, tools, and products as needed and maintain inventory levels.
• Train new employees in procedures, salon policies, and customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports on staff performance, customer satisfaction, and supply use.
• Ensure compliance with all workplace health and safety regulations.
• Sanitize and maintain tools and workstations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene.
• Stay updated with current nail trends, techniques, and products.

Qualifications:

• Completion of high school is required.
• Experience is an asset.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time efficiently.
• Must have extended knowledge of nail trends and techniques.

Wages: $37.00/hr for 40hrs/week
