Key Responsibilities
- Process and track customer orders via email and telephone
- Support the sales team with various administrative tasks
- Manage customer merchandise returns efficiently
- Generate and distribute reports to team members
- Prepare and send documentation including quotes and brochures
- Collaborate effectively with both sales and production departments
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English (required for international clientele)
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in administration or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and ERP system
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
