One of our client is looking for an experienced Production Manager in their Food Company.

Position: Production Manager Shift : 6pm to 5am (Monday- Friday)

Location: Vaughan

Salary: 80k - 90k/ yearly

Responsibilities:
Oversaw daily operations of food production facilities, ensuring efficiency and quality.
Managed production schedules and workflows to meet customer demands.
Implemented and monitored safety protocols to ensure compliance with regulations.
Supervised and trained production staff to maintain high performance standards.
Optimized production processes to increase output and minimize waste.
Collaborated with other departments, such as quality control and maintenance, to address issues and improve operations.
Conducted regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and adherence to standards.
Analyzed production data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:
Must Have experience in the relevant field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
