Job Description :

The Application Access Control (AAC) Operations Analyst supports the mission of the AAC team, mitigating risk to the firm through ensuring authorized users receive the access required for their duties while preventing unauthorized access to applications and resources. Facilitation of the system access review and validation process and related access control project work are the primary duties of this position.

As an Operations Analyst, you will utilize your Subject Matter Expertise and follow established procedures to review and validate user requests for access to TD Securities applications in a timely fashion.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

Review and validate system access requests and coordinate with application support and technology teams to ensure end users obtain the appropriate system access to a wide range of applications and resources.
Perform data analysis utilizing MS Excel and other tools in support of multiple access management workstreams and special projects within the group.
Work closely with application support and technology teams to troubleshoot access request and process issues as they arise.
Liaise with governance and control, and application support and technology teams to support onboarding applications to the AAC team intake and validation program.
Support process design, improvement, and documentation efforts.
Seek opportunities for efficiencies especially regarding ways to better leverage existing tools and implementing small tech enhancements.
Prepare documentation in support of internal and external audit RFIs.
Adhere to and enforce Enterprise and Firm-wide Identity Access Management, Risk and Control, and Governance and Control standards, policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

In addition, the selected individual should have strong relationship management skills as they will need to foster and maintain working relationships with firm-wide business, risk and control, governance, and technology partners, as well as end users as it relates to the access request processes and related workstreams. The selected candidate should be a go-getter with a strong aptitude and ability to multi-task while providing exceptional service. Your technical skills include:

Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA (SailPoint a plus).
Minimum intermediate Microsoft Office experience (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word).
Familiarity with basic concepts of privileged access management, enterprise application and network technology platforms such as servers, Active Directory.
Experience utilizing software, applications, and platforms in coordination with relevant stakeholders to support access management activities including access requests, investigations, reconciliations, documentation, and other duties as assigned.
Experience implementing small tech workflow automation enhancements a plus (ex: Python, UIPath, Alteryx, etc.).

Your non-technical skills include:

Ability to track and document multiple requests simultaneously through completion in fast paced environment.
Attention to detail when reviewing access requests, system entitlement & role descriptions and system records, following established procedures, and gathering and archiving required supporting documentation utilizing multiple systems.
Perform duties ranging in complexity with minimal supervision.
Troubleshoot issues related to the access verification process.
Organizational, analytical, presentation and customer service skills are important in this role.
Strong attention to detail.
Clear, succinct, and effective professional verbal and written communication skills.
Familiarity with general concepts of risk mitigation and process controls.
1-3 years' financial services corporate experience in one of the following areas: Identity Access Management, Technology Services, Risk/Governance and Control, Business Systems Analysis, or Administrative Business Support.
Associate's degree or higher in business systems or related field with technology focused coursework a plus.
