We are hiring Customer Care Representatives in Calgary, Alberta!

Action Furnace is a residential HVAC company located in Alberta. Reporting to the Customer Care Manager, the Customer Care Representative is a frontline professional who interacts with customers on behalf of the company. They provide customers with information about products and services, schedule appointments and when necessary, handle concerns and complaints. The Customer Care Representative is to maintain a working knowledgeable of the products and services offered to provide customers with the best experience. Customer Care Representative's are encouraged to recommend products and services based on the customer's home service needs.

Responsibilities:

This position will include, but not be limited to the following:

Inbound Appointment Booking

Schedule service, maintenance, and sales appointments
Maintain customer records by updating account information
Promptly manage a variety of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and webchat

Outbound Appointment Booking

Contact club members when annual services are due
Miscellaneous customer follow-up calls

Office Support

Arrange for customers to receive invoices and club membership information via mail
Collaborate effectively with other departments, such as dispatch, sales, memberships, and marketing, to ensure seamless customer experiences

Customer Experience

Maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, pricing, and promotions
Work through and answer product or service questions
Discuss membership benefits with customers
Provide peace of mind to the customer by educating them on the services we offer
Conducting daily vehicle inspections and basic vehicle maintenance

Qualifications:

Interpersonal skills - Warm and friendly and when speaking to customer; demonstrate empathy when dealing with unhappy customers; and can influence.
Communication - Strong internal and external communication skills, both written and oral; demonstrated when communicating with staff and customers.
Computer skills - Have working knowledge of Microsoft Windows software ie: Outlook, Word, Excel, as well as Windows operating system
