Responsibilities:
Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis
Key Strategic Decision Maker - Contribute with Suggestions and Improvements
Ensure Compliance with Regulatory Requirements while staying up to date on regulations
Communicate with External Partners and Internal Management, advising on Impacts and Opportunities
Oversee preparation of Financial Statements, Income Statements, and Cash Flow Statements
Implement and Maintain Internal Controls to Safeguard company Assets and ensure Compliance and Accounting Standards.
Provide Financial Guidance and Support to Departmental Managers to help achieve Strategic Objectives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance - CPA designation preferred
Minimum 5 years of Experience in a Financial Leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and Financial Accounting Principles
Experience with Financial Software Systems and advanced proficiency in Excel
A Desire to stay apprized of current Technology including AI
Excellent Analytical skills with the ability to Interpret Complex Financial Data and Communicate Insights effectively
Detail Oriented with a commitment to Accuracy and Integrity in Financial Reporting
Ability to thrive in a Fast-paced environment and Manage multiple Priorities and Tight Deadlines
Solutions Focused, Problem Solving and Strategic Thinking ability

$100,000 - $120,000 per year with Comprehensive Benefits Package
