We are seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Warehouse Material Handler in our Saskatoon, SK location. This is a full-time, permanent position. The Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for shipping, receiving, and handling all merchandise to and from the delivery trucks and within the warehouse.

Main Responsibilities:

Maintaining a neat and well-organized warehouse

Unload containers delivered to the warehouse by use of pallet jacks, dollies, etc., and put away products on shelving promptly.

Assist with loading onto delivery trucks; ensure the accuracy of the picked products

Prepare pallets for outbound shipments, including the wrapping of products and paperwork

Assist with the pickup of merchandise by customers at the loading dock and safely place purchased items into the customer vehicle once the paperwork has been reviewed and completed

Will be asked to assist drivers with completing deliveries

Experience with Reach Trucks would be an asset

Assemble chairs before delivery when required

Qualifications:

Ability to prioritize and organize

Reach Truck experience would be an asset

Ability to lift 50-100lbs

Knowledge of hand and power tools

Dependable team player, with a positive attitude and strong ability to follow directions

Good verbal and written communication skills; able to accurately complete paperwork

Salary: $18.00 per hour to be increased to $19 after completing the probation period.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 hours, Day shift. You may be required to participate in a shift rotation on Saturdays where you will earn a day in lieu.
