Position Summary:

We are seeking an energetic and outgoing individual for the position of a Customer Care Supervisor . They will overlook the Customer Care team and respond to customer inquires in a professional manner.

Schedule: Days - _Monday to Friday _

Position Responsibilities:
Provide supervision for the Customer Service Department
Establish and coordinate training for all customer service employees.
Ensure that all customer service employees understand and operate within department policies and procedures
Supervise activities of customer support/service to maintain and continuously improve service levels to customers and to enhance flexibility in response to changing business needs
Promote service and provide support for the future development of new and existing customer relationships
Ensure customers are provided with requested information including service description and service options
Ensure all customer claims and queries are satisfactorily investigated and resolved - including missing issues, non-receipt, billing, and shipping errors
Collaborate with relevant departments within the company to meet company objectives and resolve customer issues.
Monitor special needs of new customers
Work closely with operations to provide our customers with the best possible service

Position Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience
Knowledge of Customs paperwork
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Able to work and learn in fast-paced environment
Ability to multitask and work effectively, efficiently, and courteously with other staff
Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively
Ability to work in a high-volume environment and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
