Job Title: General Operations Coordinator

Reports to: Senior Manager, Patient Experience

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The General Operations Coordinator must be a team player who is passionate about helping others, and has the desire to expand their knowledge while supporting a team of operational and administrative staff.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Demonstrates leadership by practicing empathy, active listening, communication and strategic thinking
Oversight of all general operations requests, including maintenance and vendor requests
On-site day-to-day support of Patient Service Representatives, Referral Coordinators and Environmental Services Technicians
In collaboration with Manager, Sports Health, oversight and supervision for scheduling vacation requests and coverage for team
Supply Chain Management
Collaborates with Manager, Sports Health, and various leaders within the organization, for continuous process and service delivery improvement
Strong focus on quality, safety and customer service excellence
Works with Senior Manager, Patient Experience to provide feedback regarding employee performance and reviews
Assists with orientation and onboarding for new employees on the Patient Experience team
Works closely with the Manager, Sports Health to align policies and practices across Cleveland Clinic Canada locations
Implements and updates Operational and Patient Experience policies to guide daily processes and maximize productivity in the workplace to meet objectives

_Required Length and Type of Experience_
Business or Office Administration degree is an asset
Leadership Experience Required
