Key Responsibilities: Shop Supervisors

Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion
Request material quotes and place orders
Plan and schedule production workload
Maintain tooling and machines to ensure smooth shop operations
Adhere to production schedule and communicate any issues affecting delivery
Fluent in reading engineering drawings
Strong computer skills for production planning and scheduling

Skills and Qualifications: Shop Supervisors

Skilled trade background in Electrical (309A license) and Mechanical
6 to 7 years of experience in the robotics and automation field
Ability to work efficiently under deadlines
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Proficiency in production planning and scheduling
Familiarity with tooling requirements and machine maintenance
