Our client, a well-established boutique law firm, is actively seeking an experienced IT and Facilities Manager for their downtown office. Widely recognized for their industry focus and expertise, this is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly firm.
Job responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Day-to-day management of office services team
Assist with daily IT helpdesk support
Maintain and update information systems
Liaise with office vendors, suppliers and landlord
The ideal candidate will have:
Previous office management experience
Strong communication skills and the maturity to deal with various levels within an organization
A degree or diploma in a related area such as HR, IT or Business is seen as an asset
High degree of professionalism
