About our Client

Our client, a well-established Post-Secondary institution, is currently looking for an upbeat and professional Administrative Assistant or Registration Clerk to join their Vancouver-based team on a temporary basis. The work hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. The position will offer an hourly wage between $19 to $20 based on qualifications and experience. Responsibilities

Registering students for the upcoming term
Answering phone calls and responding to emails or other queries
Providing meeting support - booking meetings, preparing meeting agendas, and taking minutes
Formatting various documents using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Assisting students with any general inquiries
Other clerical tasks as needed

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Office experience is required
Must have excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Adaptable and detail-oriented
Must be willing to learn
