Duties of this role include, but are not limited to:
Provide administrative assistance to the Operations Manager in all areas including recruitment, performance management and employee engagement initiatives
Assist with various projects
Assist with event planning
The ideal applicant will have:
A minimum 3 years' HR experience, ideally within a professional services organization
Completion of or working on a certificate or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field(s)
Strong multitasking and prioritizing capabilities
Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $65,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
