The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the day to day management of HR operations including full cycle recruitment and onboarding, benefits administration and performance review coordination. This position is part time working approximately 24 hours a week and will be based out of Calgary, AB.
Recruitment & On-boarding
Coordinate and participate in recruitment activities (resume review, pre-screening, background checks)
Ensure employees are properly on-boarded and feel welcomed as a new team member in Calgary locations
Ensure compliance with legislation throughout recruitment process
Employee Relations
Facilitate effective employee communications within organization
Maintain a pulse on employee issues/concerns and provide recommended actions to management to maintain positive morale and implement programs which cultivate a positive and engaged workforce
Performance Reviews & Benefits
Responsible for coordinating an effective three month and annual review process
Responsible for entering New employees into company benefit program
Company Payroll Processing
Review sales records and employee timesheets prior to processing payroll on a semi-monthly basis as necessitated by circumstances.
Staff Events
Organize and manage social activities throughout the year including the summer BBQ and Christmas party.
Other Items
Assist with updating and maintaining of employee records through Payworks filing
Responsible for ensuring employee information is up to date including address, phone numbers, emergency contacts

Education
Should possess a Human Resources Diploma or Undergraduate Degree
Experience
2+ years of experience in HR capacity
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 - 26 per week
