Corporate Records Clerk

Our client, a prominent boutique law firm located in heart of downtown Vancouver, is looking for a detailed and organized candidate for their newly available Corporate Records clerk position.
Responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
Assisting with routine corporate work and corporate filings such as annual maintenance, returns and resolutions
Drafting and organizing correspondence and legal documents
Conducting searches on BC Online, LTSA and PPSA
The ideal candidate will have:
Legal Assistant Certificate from accredited institution
At least 2 years of Corporate Records experience.
Extremely detail oriented and vigilant, with strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
High level of professionalism
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Corporate Records: 2 years (preferred)
