Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets according to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape metal sheets
- Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings to determine the correct bending sequences and dimensions
- Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and punches on the press brake machine
- Adjust machine settings for speed, pressure, and depth of the bend
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and accuracy of the finished product
- Inspect finished parts for defects or imperfections
- Perform routine maintenance on the press brake machine to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Skills:
- Proficiency in operating press brake machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of metal fabrication processes
- Experience with forklift operation for material handling purposes
- Basic welding skills for minor repairs or adjustments
- Familiarity with machining processes such as plasma cutting, milling machine operation, laser cutting, etc.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively
- Knowledge of crane operation for material handling is a plus

Must have 3-5 year experience
