Based out of our unique Winnipeg Home Office and reporting to the Executive Vice President, you are a creative Leader that can build an awesome Team through strong relationships and servant Leadership.

We recently added to our Retail Leadership Team using all the same words that you just read. We chose to build a bigger and stronger Retail Executive Team because our front-line Team are the heroes in our story, and they deserve strong, people-focused Leadership. What will you do?

Be part of creating a compelling vision for what is possible for Customers and Team Members.
Model and coach what it means to Lead a Team and deliver great service.
Work with the Team to build the vision for what success looks like for people, brand and financial growth.
Build and Lead a Team that is empowered to lead the daily operations of our Stores and champion new strategies that help us strive to be better. Because you are great with people, you know how to navigate those situations with judgment and empathy. You coach and get out of the way to let the Team thrive and grow.
Recognize, develop and celebrate our Teams to continue to build on our amazing culture. Although we are growing and creating opportunity we don't want to feel like a big and impersonal company, you will help us do it in a way that still feels like the company where we know everyone's name.

You work from the Home Office in Winnipeg to connect with the Teams that are building the path for the future and travel to the stores to connect with Team Members and Customers, build relationships and make sure that our plans are relevant.
