Responsibilities:
Demonstrate compassion and empathy for our customers by understanding their situations, needs, and offering solutions
Perform Outbound Calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems
Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
Professionally negotiate with consumers and explore money sources to determine the best possible arrangement
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales, collections or a target-driven call center environment
Good verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Thrives in a high paced work environment
Availability to work fulltime in our office in Pickering, ON
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM with one 1:00 - 9:00 PM shift within the week; one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
