The Engineering Manager will lead the Mechanical Design Team and provide remote field service support to Field Millwrights in the field.

P.Eng. certification considered an asset.
Strong Project Management Background
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Preferred)
Solid Works Proficiency is a Must
Ability to Lead Design Review , provide Technical Guidance and manage a team of engineers to project completion
Minimum 5-8 years in Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead design reviews, provide design oversight, trouble shoot FAT/commissioning issues.
Train and coach engineering staff. Grow the capabilities of the engineering team
Exceptional candidates will have strong project management background.
