Job Description-
"We are seeking a talented AWS Backend Developer to join our team. As an AWS Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend solutions on Amazon Web Services. You will work closely with our development, architecture, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-performance and cost-effective cloud-based applications.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy backend services and APIs on AWS infrastructure
- Architect and implement data storage solutions using AWS services such as DynamoDB, RDS, or Aurora
- Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda and API Gateway
- Implement event-driven architectures using AWS services like SNS, SQS, or EventBridge
- Integrate third-party services and APIs with AWS backend systems
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and testing
- Monitor and optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
- Ensure security and compliance of backend systems with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with frontend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Document architecture, design, and implementation details
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an AWS Backend Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of AWS services and architectures, including EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, etc.
- Proficiency in Node.js
- Experience with serverless computing and event-driven architectures
- Knowledge of serverless application patterns and best practices
- Knowledge of testing frameworks such as JEST
- Familiarity with microservices architecture principles
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
- Knowledge of backend development frameworks and libraries
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred:
- AWS certification such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
