Explore your next role:

We have a dynamic Administrative Summer Student role that requires a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team and assist with a variety of administrative tasks to keep our facilities operations running smoothly. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Managing invoices, processing purchase orders, and ensuring all documentation is in order.
Sourcing parts, managing inventory, and organizing POs.
Work closely with our accounting department to ensure all documents are correctly formatted.
Updating departmental forms and process.
Assisting in revamping building maps and cleaning schedules.
Digitize our facilities documents and manuals for easy access. Source online manuals where applicable

Your Distinctive Ingredients for Success:
Completion of high school, and/or some post-secondary, vocational, or technical training.
Knowledge and skills for the related position.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated.
Other related experience is considered an asset.

Eligibility:

You must be legally eligible to work for a Canadian company (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a clear Criminal Background Check.
