Are you an experienced machine operator with a passion to understand and use machines and tools? Do you also have the desire to impart this knowledge to others? The Tableting Trainer is an effective communicator who proactively engages other employees to access their potential and skills and provide ongoing coaching, follow-up and support. The ideal candidate has experience working with machines used in manufacturing settings and will exhibit motivation, enthusiasm, and ability to provide exceptional training to others.

In this role you will:
• Work Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. The selected candidate must have schedule flexibility to support afternoon and night shift training as needed.
• Train all existing and new Tablet Press Operators on 'best practice' techniques, maintenance and troubleshooting for all shifts and document all training
• Evaluate current training materials and revise them based on updated training techniques, taking into consideration the various learning needs of staff who come from a variety of backgrounds
• Design, deliver and evaluate adult learning and teaching based on various instructional approaches
• Take a personal interest in the progress of each operator, keeping the Lead Hands apprised of employee strengths and areas requiring further development
You have:
• Excellent communication skills to assist employees in their learning journey at Factors
• Proven teaching abilities and effective at delivering onsite training sessions preferably in a production or warehouse environment
• Mechanical aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills; rotary machine experience preferred
• Experience working in collaborative team-based environments
• Personal scheduling flexibility to be able to work with operators on all three shifts.
