Responsibilities would include:
Maintain all mobile repair orders, invoices, credits, and special parts orders.
Prepare and track work orders and part estimates.
Complete sales through TK Corporate accounts (SVC)
Prepare requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies.
Review all shop work orders for parts accuracy and quantities.
Invoicing and selling parts to internal and external customers.
Interact with customer needs face-to-face and over the phone with a professional and friendly manner.
Supports technicians and service advisors in securing required parts to complete work.
Parts delivery to customer's location as required.
Source non-stock parts for service jobs
Replenishes assigned inventory daily while ensuring no shortage of stock on common items.
Other Duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of previous experience in parts/retail environment
G License (picking up and delivering parts is required)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
