Diversified Staffing Services, a leading Staffing Agency in Alberta, is currently seeking a Real Estate Assistant. Our client, located in Red Deer, is seeking a superstar to join their Residential Real Estate team.

The Role:
Preparation of all documents and schedules related to residential listings and sales
Researching land titles, zoning, bylaws, etc.
Liaising with Realtors, Clients and Lawyers regarding all details and logistics
Calendarizing all activities and timelines to ensure smooth progress of transactions
Preparing marketing materials, mail-outs and customer appreciation events
Dealing with deposits, banking and minor bookkeeping
Ordering necessary supplies, thank-you gifts, etc.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Proven office administration skills, preferably in real estate
An incredible eye for detail and a passion for excellence
A reliable vehicle and the ability to work evenings and weekends on occasion
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with computer software programs
The ability to pass a Criminal Background Check
