Job Summary:
Global HR is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our client team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming customer calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Provide product information and assist customers with placing orders
Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately and efficiently
Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
Maintain a high level of knowledge about our products, services, and promotions
Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved and their satisfaction is met
Experience:
Previous experience in a Sales/customer service role is preferred.
Must have at least 1 year of experience working in Metal Fabrication Industry,
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
