OpenInvoice Business Analyst Intro:
On Behalf of our client Procom is seeking a seasoned OpenInvoice Business Analyst. This role involves significant interaction with various business and technical teams to enhance business processes and data management systems. This is a 12 month contract in downtown Calgary.
OpenInvoice Business Analyst Job Details:
The successful candidate will be crucial in leading the Core Optimization Program, Data Management & Integration Optimization (DMIO) Program, and various other projects that are pivotal to the strategic enhancement of business procedures through innovative solutions.
The OpenInvoice Business Analyst will lead and participate in process reviews, develop and update documentation, and engage in the creation and refinement of standards and processes. This role requires managing multiple initiatives and deliverables simultaneously, developing requirements specifications, and acting as a liaison between project, technology, and support teams. The analyst will also manage stakeholder engagement, participate in Transition to Operations activities, and contribute to training and learning content development.
OpenInvoice Business Analyst Mandatory Skills:
• Proven experience in developing business processes in Signavio.
• Strong understanding of data systems, data warehouses, and the ETL (Extraction, Transformation, and Loading) processes.
• Extensive experience in business analysis, including eliciting requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose information for stakeholder understanding.
OpenInvoice Business Analyst Desired Skills:
• Background in Finance and/or Supply Chain.
• Experience with the OpenInvoice application.
• Knowledge of the Oil & Gas/Energy industry is an asset.
• Excellent organizational and relationship-building skills.
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
OpenInvoice Business Analyst Start Date:
Anticipated start date is June 2024.
OpenInvoice Business Analyst Location:
This hybrid position is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, with the requirement to work onsite 4 days a week at the downtown office.
