We are recruiting Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Registered Health Care Aides to build a nursing support team for a teenage client in Kelowna, BC. This job will entail providing 1:1 respite care in the home environment, supporting a client with SCI with ADL care (bowel care, bladder routine, ADL care including bathing, dressing), lifts/transfers, medication administration.
Qualifications:
Current 'practicing' registration with BCCNM
Health Care Aides require registration with the BC Care Aide Registry
Valid CPR 'C' / BLS certification or better
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
