_ Nella Toronto is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team for our Norfinch location! _

Responsibilities:
Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services
Assist with shelf-stocking and merchandising
Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers
Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement
Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them
Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service
Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately
Maintain professional appearance and attitude
Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Perform additional duties as required

Requirements:
2 years of Customer Service experience
Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset
Speaking Korean is an asset
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Detail-oriented and organized
Comfort in working in a high-volume role
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Ability to life 50-60lbs comfortably
