Your day-to-day:
You are the face of Goodness Me!. Your role is to make every customer experience a great one by enthusiastically greeting each customer, offering assistance, recommending appropriate products, and providing relevant information. Other tasks and duties you may perform include:
• Ensure store conditions are consistently upheld to established standards.
• Assist with display of merchandise.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Receive and process warehouse stock products.
• Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are adhered to and required standards are met.
• Other duties as assigned
What You bring:
• Great communication skills
• Enthusiasm for informing customers about products and services.
• The ability to analyse information to determine which product or service is most appropriate.
• Broad knowledge of products and natural therapies.
• The ability to stand for extended periods; up to 8 hours per shift.
• The ability to lift, move and maneuver objects up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility in availability, including working evenings, weekends, and daytime shifts.
• While we are willing to train the right person, experience is an asset
