Position Overview:

Are you passionate about human resources, seeking a role where you can contribute to a positive work environment? LNG has partnered with our client which is currently seeking a dedicated HR & Payroll Administrator to join their team. We are looking for individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong communication skills, and are ready to take on the challenge of coordinating payroll and HR functions effectively.

The HR & Payroll Administrator will have the opportunity to contribute to a positive work culture and play a key role in shaping HR processes within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a growing understanding of payroll systems and processes, demonstrate initiative, and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide general HR support to employees and managers, respond to HR-related inquiries, maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records, and prepare HR-related reports as needed.
Assist the HR team with all HR tasks, including but not limited to data entry, policy updates, event planning, personnel documentation, onboarding, and exit interviews.
Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
Enroll new employees, maintain employee records, and assist with onboarding processes.
Manage job postings, screen candidates, and assist in the interview process.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1-2 years of prior experience in payroll administration and HR functions is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong reporting skills.
Demonstrated ability to create and present reports effectively.
Ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and prioritize tasks effectively.
