As our Production Scheduling Leader, you will lead and coordinate the production schedule to ensure optimal efficiency and on-time delivery of products to comply with department goals.

What You Will Do:
Develop and maintain the production schedule based on customer demand, inventory levels, and capacity.
Coordinate with production teams to prioritize production orders and allocate resources effectively.
Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Communicate with sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of production schedules with customer orders and delivery timelines.
Monitor inventory levels and work with procurement to ensure an adequate supply of materials and components for production.
Collaborate with R&D and quality assurance teams to meet product specifications and standards.

What do you need:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field.
Proven experience as a Production Scheduler or in a similar role.
Strategic planning abilities.
Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Adaptable while working with structured business processes.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Be Curious, Purpose Driven, Solution Driven, Active Listener, Polite & Positive, Show up and Contribute.
Should have advanced Excel and know how to use pivot tables.
Strong working knowledge of a variety of programs, including Excel and ERP software. Production scheduling experience with SAP Business 1 will be preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
