JOB DESCRIPTION

Cut and prepare meat and poultry;

Prepare meat for sale;

Ensure refrigerated displays and displays are well stocked;

Monitor product quality and expiry dates;

Product rotation;

Check that the temperature of refrigerators and freezers is adequate;

Respect the standards of hygiene and salubrity;

Respect the standard of Santé et sécurité au travail;

Store the goods in accordance with the rules;

Respond to customer needs with a smile and courtesy;

Any other complementary task.

REQUIREMENTS:
