Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for food preparation. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys. Greet Customers and provide information to customers. Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures. Establish methods to meet work schedules. Perform other duties as assigned.
