Requirements: Completion of High School, intermediate English level (Spanish skills preferred).

Work Environment: Outdoors, noisy, at various locations.

Tasks: Sanding drywall compound, adhering to safety protocols, loading and unloading materials, assisting in demolition, debris removal, and other construction site tasks as directed.

Conditions: Physically demanding, repetitive tasks requiring attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.

Personal Suitability: Excellent oral communication, reliability, and team player.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in construction.

Work Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Duration: 2 years with possibilities for renewal
