Shift Hours: 8:00 PM-6:00 AM (Sun-Thurs., with some flexibility)

About Us: Warren Gibson Limited requires an enthusiastic team player who has the drive to succeed and contribute to our company. We're seeking a skilled dispatcher with hands-on experience to contribute to our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the dispatch department in a fast-paced environment.
Ensure effective communication with planners, drivers, and fellow dispatchers.
Monitor personnel and equipment utilization for efficient freight movement.
Maintain positive communication with drivers during routes.
Perform administrative tasks: update TMW and process paperwork.
Communicate with supervisors, peers, and drivers using various tools.
Act as the direct supervisor for the driver pool.
Monitor load statuses and update websites accurately and on time.
Provide customer service regarding load changes and scheduling.

Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in dispatching (1 year preferred).
Familiarity with Ontario & U.S. regulations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Organizational skills to prioritize and accomplish daily tasks efficiently.

Salary: Starting from $24.00 per hour
