The wage range is from $27.00 to $32.00 per hour depending on experience. Hourly wage is determined based on the candidate's work experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach and motivate the PCC's (patient care coordinators) team to improve productivity, engagement, and retention of patients.
Communication between the front and back ends of the practice
Assist the Practice Manager in training and developing new/current PCCs
Delegate daily workflow, tasks, and assignments to other PCCs to ensure the team is working as one cohesive unit
Fielding patient conflict, complaints, concerns and diverting to the practice manager as needed
Oversee and optimize the appointment schedule
Ensure each day is scheduled to goal with limited open units of Dentists and/or hygiene production time
Ensure that required preauthorization's are in place the week before any major treatment is scheduled
Ensure that all scheduled appointments are confirmed, and cancellations are minimized by addressing patient obstacles and motivating them to keep their appointment
Reach out to new patients before and after first visit to ensure a great overall customer experience. Address any area of concerns, expectations etc.

About You:
Minimum 2-5 years of administration experience
Team lead experience is an asset
Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
