Prodigy Personnel is actively seeking individuals for several Forklift Operator positions for our busy client in Puslinch, ON. Successful candidates will be responsible for operating a Reach or Dockstocker forklift, to move materials in a safe manner through out the warehouse. You will also need to load and unload trailers.

MUST HAVE CURRENT/VALID REACH OR DOCK STOCKER CERTIFICATE.

Shift time:
Nights: Sun-Thurs 11:00pm-7:00am
Afternoons: Mon-Fri 3:00pm-11:00pm
Weekend : Sat-Mon 7:00am-7:00pm

Responsibilities and Duties

Loading and unloading goods from vehicles
RF Scanning
Moving goods packed on pallets or in crates around the storage facility in cold storage
Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions
Checking loads are secure
Stacking empty pallets
Operate forklift/tow motor in a safe manner

Qualifications and Skills

Valid Forklift Certification for Reach Truck or Dock Stocker (current/up-to-date)
Previous Reach Truck or Dock Stocker experience required (minimum 6 months)
Must be comfortable working in a refrigerated/freezer environment (warm wear PPE provided)
Must have own form of reliable transportation (location is not on the bus route)
