The Role

Cameco is looking for an enthusiastic, service-oriented, team player to join the organizational change management team in the support of the company's various initiatives including technology, process, and digital transformation.

In this role, you will:

Focus on the people side of change, to help ensure Cameco realizes the benefits of the various projects and initiatives within the company
Be responsible for stakeholder impact analysis and developing and executing change management plans (communications, training, resistance management, coaching and reinforcement)
Pride yourself in building relationships with key stakeholders and view change management as an art as well as a science, focusing on the heart and the mind to achieve the desired behaviour change
Work closely with sponsors, project managers and stakeholders to ensure the goals of the project are achieved and Cameco realizes the intended benefits.

Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, adult education, or a related discipline
Five to eight years of applicable work experience
Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
An aptitude for technology and computer applications
Excellent communication and customer service skills

Recommended:

Change management certification such as PROSCI
SAP experience
Microsoft SharePoint experience
Experience leveraging Chama for planning, tracking, and reporting on OCM plans
