Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Pharmacy Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the pharmacy manager in daily operations, including scheduling to the needs of the business, developing efficient processes, and ensuring compliance with corporate standards. Additionally, the Pharmacy Assistant Manager will play a key role in maintaining pharmacy certification.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to develop and implement schedules that align with the needs of the business.
• Build and refine processes to drive efficiency in pharmacy operations, from inventory management to customer service.
• Uphold and enforce corporate-established standards related to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Assist in training and development of pharmacy staff to maintain high levels of competency and customer satisfaction.
• Take ownership of pharmacy certification requirements, ensuring successful completion on an annual basis.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a pharmacy setting, with demonstrated leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and committed to upholding high standards of quality and
compliance.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
