Our client is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager, Responsibilities entail collaborating with technical and project teams, they ensure seamless escalations and conflict resolution.The will also work alongside the Renewals and Conversions Team for successful client renewals. This is a 100% remote opportunity Canada-wide.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivates purposeful business relationships, overseeing 30-35 top-tier accounts while ensuring retention
• Analyzes client challenges, develops and implements strategic roadmaps, and acts as an extension of the client's organization
• Advises on key business decisions, collaborates with internal stakeholders to address issues, and presents compelling roadmaps
• Defines success measures in business plans with General Manager guidance
• Partners with stakeholders to enhance account experience, addresses concerns, suggests improvements, and tracks key metrics
• Assesses competitors, identifies sales opportunities, advises on technical scope, trains clients on products and services, and stays informed about market trends to align with client needs

Qualifications:

• Demonstrates advanced business acumen, recognizing ITs role in achieving business goals
• Establishes lasting connections, going beyond typical vendor relationships
• Proactive and strategic, anticipates client needs, and adept at effective communication, translating feedback into understandable solutions
• Client facing experience is a must have along with experience handling technology management, strategic planning, road maps
• 3+ years in a similar role, or with relevant experience
• Must have experience handling multiple, important large accounts with business/technical acumen
• Excellent customer service skills to maintain, build and last relationships
